'Twas The Night Before the Reining Show
Updated: 4 days ago
’Twas the night before the reining, and all through the barn,
Not a soul was resting, not even one arm.
The Night Before the Reining Show | B&B ReinebachThe saddles were shining, the horses all bathed,
While riders walked patterns they’d carefully traced.
The fans hummed full blast in the Cedar Rapids heat,
As everyone searched for one more cool retreat.
The pony brigade is still on the move,
Running around like they have something to prove.
The barn gourmet dinners kept everyone fed,
With laughter and stories as daylight had fled.
Tomorrow we’ll chase every stop, spin, and score…
But tonight we’re just grateful for this barn family and more.
