B&B Congress Chronicles Day Four: Britney and Crush Take Seventh in Limited Open

September 27, 2026 | Columbus, Ohio

A 211 and a Congress top-ten finish!

Britney Reinebach and Crush led the way for B&B Reinebach on Day Four of the 2026 All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, Ohio, marking a 211 in their All Star Reining Stakes Open Derby run and finishing seventh overall in the NRHA Limited Open.

Proud of this horse. Proud of this team. A finish like that is worth taking a minute to enjoy.

Britney and Crush Put a 211 on the Board

There is plenty of work behind a few minutes in the Congress pen. The preparation at home, the decisions leading into the class and the partnership between horse and rider all come through the gate together.

Britney and Crush put together a solid run and earned a place in the Limited Open top ten. For our crew from Princeville, Illinois, that is a good day at the Congress.

Thank you to everyone behind this pair. We appreciate the trust, the work and the support that help make these opportunities possible.

What Are the Open Derby and Limited Open?

For those following along from home, a reining derby is an age-restricted competition for eligible horses beyond their three-year-old futurity season. The Open division allows professional trainers such as Britney to compete.

The All Star Reining Stakes Open Derby and NRHA Limited Open have separate standings. Classes held together can allow an eligible horse-and-rider team to earn results in more than one class from the same run.

Limited Open eligibility is based on the rider’s NRHA earnings. Horse and rider still perform the prescribed reining pattern, including circles, spins, lead changes, sliding stops and rollbacks. Judges evaluate the quality of those maneuvers, rewarding precision, control and a horse that remains willingly guided.

Britney and Crush’s Day Four result: a score of 211 and seventh overall in the NRHA Limited Open.

A Great Ride for Lisa and GQ

Lisa Kinser and GQ also had a great ride in Level 1 Amateur Reining.

Watching our riders take their work from home into the Congress arena is a rewarding part of being here. We know the effort behind those rides, and we were proud to see Lisa and GQ put together a good one.

There is a lot going on at a show this size. Having a plan and riding the horse underneath you remain the job, wherever you show.

Yuma, Wayne and Kenny Keep Giving Us Solid Rides

Yuma, Wayne and Kenny continue to give us solid rides as the week moves forward.

Every trip into the pen gives us information to carry into the next ride. We pay attention to what each horse needs, make our adjustments and keep working. With a long show ahead, those individual decisions matter.

The Congress is spread across multiple arenas, with plenty happening at once. Managing the schedule is part of it. Keeping each horse’s preparation and care at the center of that schedule is what makes it work.

A Good Day for the B&B Crew

Day Four brought a Congress top-ten finish for Britney and Crush, a great ride for Lisa and GQ, and solid work from Yuma, Wayne and Kenny.

Thank you to our owners, riders and everyone helping behind the scenes. To our barn family cheering from Princeville and back home across Central Illinois, we appreciate you following along.

We will enjoy this finish, take care of the horses and get ready for the next ride.
