After graduating from Black Hawk College, Brock worked for and apprenticed under such trainers as Jeff Greaves, Gil Galyean, David Dellin, Steve & Carol Metcalf, Stefano Calcagnini, Jordan Larson, and Ben Gerst for about eight years combined education, work experience/apprenticeships.

He learned extensive knowledge in starting the young horse for futurity events, creating a quality show horse, and how to enhance movement and solve problems on older show horses.

After graduating Black Hawk College, Britney apprenticed for Wyoming Horses and Synergy Stables Inc for a better understanding of the dedication needed to successfully own and operate a facility. She then joined Brock at Gil Galyean Quarter Horses helping to manage stock. Their move to Texas landed her a job with La Mesa Vet Clinic/ Equine Sports Medicine where she developed an eye for detail both in faci
