Hi ! I just wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you for everything that you have done for Hollie during her internship and for this past summer! When I talked to her last night she was totally in tears and did not want to leave you guys! I am sure that first day she came to work you probably that she was just another horse kid from BHC! She has totally come out of her shell and has learned so much! Maybe she has even shared things about draft horses to you! It was really hard for me to let her stay for the summer but after hearing all the stories and seeing her happy makes it all great! Thanks again for letting Hollie live her dream! Hope to meet you soon sometime and make Hollie take you for a ride on the draft horse hitch! Thanks again!

Reminiscing on the journey that an amazing mare and I took with the guidance of a mentor and great friend Brock Reinebach. Thinking back to the day she was brought to us, you couldn't even touch her. We had the trailer backed up to a pen where she lived until we gained enough trust to halter break her! These are the animals I live for. The journeys where you can say that you not only changed an animals life but their new owners life as well. The journey that Rosie and I took to get to the end result will always be a part of me. I am forever grateful for the things that all my projects have taught me but especially this mare and for Brock and Britney guiding me through difficulties and allowing me to learn by making some mistakes that caused me some pretty large set backs. While I have no regrets moving forward in my journey of life, B&B will ALWAYS be a place I call home! Love you both! Can't wait to visit again!

Dear Brock and Britney
Thank you for the amazing opportunity that you gave me this summer. I came to B&B with a list of goals that I wanted to meet during this internship and you guys helped me surpass all of them. There was the added benefit of learning things about myself that weren't included on the list. I greatly respect your program and the family that you have created through your clients.
My favorite memory is still the Saint Jude camp out week. There are so many stories and good times that came out of that trip that I will never forget. While week whacking was not my favorite of all activities it taught me the value of hard work and to be proud of the end product.
The thing that has stuck in my head the most was one of the very first things that Brock said to me, "Ranch work is more than horses it is maintenance. If there is one thing you take from this experience I hope it is the understanding that everyday something breaks, something is left undone, because there is not enough time in a day. It is our job to cut down on those lists, be proud of the work you do both with the horses and the facility they live in."
Thank you for introducing me to such an amazing group of people and allowing me into your barn family.
